Evandro Menezes de Carvalho, Professor of International Law and Head of the Center for Brazil-China Studies at Getulio Vargas Foundation(FGV) School of Law in Rio de Janeiro, and Professor of International Law at Fluminense Federal University School of Law, Brazil. Ph.D in International Law at University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil. He was Senior Scholar at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with the support of the Organization of American States and China Scholarship Council Program (OAS-CSC Program 2012-2014). He was Senior Foreign Expert at the Center for BRICS Studies at Fudan University (2014-2015).
